Update

It was cold in the Pyrenees

and Sierra Nevada.

Well, again a month or so has gone by, a lot has happened. We won the Tour de Romandie, didn’t manage to get a stage victory, but we were pretty happy with two second places and third, and of course the first in the end.
From Romandie I went directly to see the world championship parcours to Innsbruck, which will be held in September, of course with a quick stop on the ski jumping hill. From Innsbruck we went to check the Roubaix stage, and then we continued to the mountains – the Pyrenees.

It has been a week now since we are here on altitude training camp in Sierra Nevada in Spain. If I compare it to last year, the weather is not so good this time, it has already snowed, it is much colder, which means that we often have to go to the valley for training. We are staying here for 2 more weeks, which means many more times climbing towards Pico Veleta, before I return to Slovenia for a home race. See you on the track? 🙂
